Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your jewelry must:
• Be in its original condition, unworn and undamaged.
• Include all original components and packaging.
Trying the jewelry on is perfectly fine, but any visible signs of wear, damage, or alteration will make the item non-returnable.

Please note: Engraved or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive defective or damaged.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email us at info@noncha-amsterdam.com before sending the item back.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective/wrong item.
• Delays caused by customs clearance (which are beyond our control) are not valid reasons for returns.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Due to our quick order processing, we cannot guarantee that cancellations or changes can be made once your order is processed.
Once a shipping confirmation with tracking details is issued, no further changes are possible.

Lifetime Warranty
We offer a lifetime guarantee that covers a one-time free repair for manufacturing defects or breakage.
To start the process, send us a photo or video of the damage.
After the first repair or replacement, any future repairs may incur a €50 fee (or the equivalent in your local currency at the time of the request).
Please note: The warranty does not cover extreme user-induced damage, such as deep scratches or intentional breakage.
To redeem your warranty, contact our support team with photos/videos and a brief explanation of the issue.
